April 6, 2013: Brian and John Dillner Attack Bird Dog Bartels in Lloyd Harbor NY

While giving preferential treatment to certain residents of Fiddlers Green Association after Hurricane Sandy, John Dillner and his son Brian Dillner don't want their activities caught on video by Bird Dog.  First, John Dillner menaces Bird Dog with a piece of heavy equipment.  Then, when that doesn't work, he and his son chase Bird Dog while another Fiddlers Green Association board member, Pete Murphy, says: "They're going to kick your ass!"  Bird Dog retreats to his truck, is injured on the way, and Brian Dillner pursues aggressively enough to be hit by the truck door as Bird Dog gets inside.  9 minutes, 41 seconds.
